After years in the travel industry, I’ve seen agents struggle with the chaos of daily tasks. Independent agents, trip planners, advisors, and boutique owners juggle bookings, invoices, expenses, and itineraries across fragmented tools. Managing client plans, tracking bleisure expenses, or chasing supplier payments eats hours, pulling focus from crafting great travel experiences. Most platforms are clunky, built by giants slow to adapt to agents’ fast-paced needs.
Solution
So, I asked, why not build one tool to handle it all? Travelese unifies bookings, invoicing, expenses, and itineraries in a single platform, inspired by tools like Notion that simplify complex workflows. It saves agents hours weekly by organizing client plans, matching expenses, and clarifying earnings with intuitive dashboards. From booking group tours to managing bleisure costs, Travelese lets agents focus on delighting clients, not wrestling with admin.
Vision
My goal is to empower travel agents with a tool that grows with them. By collaborating closely through user feedback, transparent updates, and an open approach, Travelese will evolve to meet the needs of independent agents, planners, advisors, and boutique owners.
